I have switched over to almond milk, but I find it so difficult both when dining out and having other dairy items I love (cheese and butter) to keep it out of my diet. I have not found a single cheese substitute that I love and the same with butter. I am hopeful maybe one day we can have a decent one, but until then I just keep telling myself it’s not MUCH dairy, even though that small amount leads to bloat!
