Ruth’s Veggie Pate

Veggie Pate
 
2 cups ground sunflower seeds
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 cup nutritional yeast
2 large carrots – grated
2 onions – finely chopped
1/3 cup oil
2 cups hot water
juice of 1 lemon
6 garlic cloves
3 tbsp. of basil and salt to taste
 
Mix dry ingredients
Add liquids and veggies 
pour into an oiled 13″x9″ pan
Bake at 350 for an hour and 7 minutes
