Quinoa ,Chickpeas and Tuna Salad


1 can of chickpeas
1 can of tuna
1 cup of quinoa

2 cups of water
4 Tablespoons of lemon juice
1 cup of chopped cucumber
8 Cherry tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon of ground turmeric
1 teaspoon of honey
Cook 1 cup of quinoa with two cups of water and mix in with Chickpeas and tuna.
Stir in Cucumber and tomatoes
And separate bowl mix safflower oil, Lemon juice, turmeric, and garlic cloves
Mix dressing and salad together
Serve on top of a plate of salad Add salt and pepper to garnish…. Enjoy 🙂
