Tahini Sauce for Veggie Burgers:

2 large cloves garlic
2 fresh lemons juiced or the equivalent bottled lemon juice
3 tblsp. tahini
1/4 c. olive oil
1-11/2 cups parsley chopped
1/4 c water,  ice-cold.
