Choose your favorite veggies:
Red Onion Chopped
Colored peppers
Mushrooms
Zucchini
Snow Peas
Fresh Basil or your favorite herbs
Add Alaskan small shrimp(optional)
Cooking the veggies
Stir fry in veggie broth at medium heat.
Now the Noodles
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add noodles and cook on max uncovered for 3 minutes. Drain. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and 2 tbsp of Soy sauce to the cooked noodles, mix well. Then in a large pan , add the noodles and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Then Top the fried noodles with your stir-fry veggies, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
