Delicious Hummus

Hummus

1 can chick peas
1/3 cup olive oil
juice of one lemon or to taste
1/4 cup tahini
6 cloves garlic (or to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste

Drain chick peas and rinse with cold water.  In food processor puree chick peas, then add oil, lemon juice, tahini paste, garlic, salt and pepper.  Add oil gradually; if the mixture seems dry, increase the amount of oil.  The humus should be creamy like a dip.  May be kept in the fridge.
